The Boys Are Back in Town

Struggling a wee bit this week for time, motivation and inspiration.
I've been scouring the shelves looking to feature artists who have never featured before or in the case of Thin Lizzy only very briefly when their version of Whisky in the Jar was compared with the version by Hazeldine.

A version of the band is sadly still doing the rounds although it is as clear as the nose on your face that they should have called it a day when Phil Lynott passed on.
Best known for their anthemic rockier numbers Phil could also churn out a ballad such as Sarah - the first single Mrs CC ever bought
