Apart from the Saturday Double Initials post and George's Weekly State of the Union address I have been struggling a bit recently to get my mojo working.
The few recent purchases briefly gave me a new lease of life but that seam has now just about been exhausted.
Fortunately I was playing a Mojo compilation called Southern Soul in the car this week and it features two songs which have the word Mojo in the title.
So they will have to do until something else comes along.

I know where you're coming from, I've had similar mojo-related problems for most of this year so far. I've kept the blog ticking over by scheduling regular, easy posts far in advance (the Blue Friday posts being a good example) that require me to write one line and embed a YouTube video). I know it's a bit lazy, and does little for my readership, but it keeps the blog ticking over.
ReplyDeleteEvery year, the number of blogs that move from my "active" blogroll to the "retired" list increases. Please don't be one of those! I hope your mojo is just down the back of the metaphorical sofa - lost but quite findable.
P.S. Posting every day? Adds the weight of expectation, and who needs that, right?

DeleteYes daily posting can sometimes be a chore but normally I like the challenge and the mental stimulation.
As someone whose blog mojo frequently goes AWOL, you have my complete understanding but, more than that, my admiration for ever posting daily in the first place. It is an incredible achievement and of course I hope you continue to do so, especially if you like the mental stimulation of that regime. But we'll still be here whatever :-)
