Another recent Stranraer purchase.
From 2010 on Heavenly, Losing Sleep is Edwyn Collins' 7th solo album.
An impressive list of participants on the record including Paul Cook (on drums on the title track), Johnny Marr, Roddy Frame, Alex Kapranos and Ryan Jarman from The Cribs who features on today's second offering.
Just as impressive as the music are Edwyn's excellent bird drawings which grace the front and back covers of the album.

DeleteMany of you probably know this, but you will usually get one of his bird drawings with a purchase from his label, AED. I have a few on the wall of my music room.
