My pal Euan and I had the "pleasure" of catching up with George , our Portuguese correspondent, for brunch in Glasgow yesterday on his way to see his mum in Dundee.
He seemed to spend most of the time talking about chickens, and him a vegan too.
We are meeting up again on Saturday for a curry prior to his flight home. Chicken may well be on the menu.
I don't think the Willie Henderson doing the Funky Chicken is the one who played for Rangers and Scotland in the 60's.

There seems to be a surprising number of songs written about chickens! And band names too (Chicken Shack, Some Chicken, Chickenfoot...) I love the one in your picture. Have an eggcellent time on Saturday.
