That's something I specialise in. My CD spreadsheet list is much too big for me to print off and take around with me, consequently I often come back with a duplicate (that's my word for them!) I never think about taking 'em back tho' as the financial hit is usually only a few quid. I used to get really annoyed with myself but it's happened so many times now I take it on the chin. A couple of times I've had the experience of taking a clutch of CDs to the counter and, as you do, ask which track is currently playing only to be told it's from one of the albums I'm purchasing, Now that IS embarrassing.Spencenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5834198189370622587.post-58469842355122183402018-03-30T21:20:48.343+01:002018-03-30T21:20:48.343+01:00I once purchased a gospel compilation from Reveal ...I once purchased a gospel compilation from Reveal Records in Derby, then a few weeks later, in the same shop, bought it again. I'm sure I posted that second purchase to someone in Glasgow.Georgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12140350486850944468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5834198189370622587.post-89510376201945804202018-03-30T21:06:33.442+01:002018-03-30T21:06:33.442+01:00When it comes to my music, I have always had a min...When it comes to my music, I have always had a mind like a steel trap... until the last year or two. I have purchased a couple of records I already had, and there has been a time or two or three where I have seen something in a shop and passed thinking I already had it only to come home to find out I didn’t. This is not because I have too many records.<br />What was I talking about? A man at HMV once looked at me like I was certifiable after trying to explain why I was returning a Neu! album, sealed and unopened.
