Badly Worn Hat

One of my (many) pet hates is people who wear hats whilst driving cars or even worse when indoors.
So step forward The Edge, Jamiroquai and Badly Drawn Boy.
Not only do they have hats as accessories they also appear to have ridiculous names - there is a connection there somewhere.
Thankfully there is no Jamiroquai on the CC shelves although U2  and Blandly Sung Boy appear to have slipped in under my radar.
Mrs CC and Nick Hornby  are both BDB fans. I've tried but I just don't get it.
I've just given Have You Fed the Fish? a listen. Pleasant enough but nothing to write home about. Can't see me listening to it again anytime soon.
These two are probably the pick of the tracks for me.

  1. Hardly a ringing endorsement. You're quite right with your comments. But you might be starting a trend of bloggers who post records they don't really like. I could post some Springsteen soon........

    1. This from the man who posted Kajagoogoo!
I consider it my duty to post both those records I like and those I don't like as much, particularlr the random Charity shop purchases. You never now others out there might have a different view as to their worth

    1. Guilty only by association Drew.War snuck in as part of a job lot of vinyl belonging to Mrs CC and her sister retrieved from their mother's attic.
It may be on the shelves but I don't consider it as part of the collection

  4. I sort of agree with you Drew, but getting rid of records, well, it somehow goes against the grain. By the way, I have not one but two new hats, to protect my delicate Scottish skin from the sun.
